Who do I contact for advice, or to discuss a product?

What if my item is not in stock?
Should an item be unavailable, we can e-mail you confirmation of availability with an expected timeframe on request.
How long does it take for my goods to be despatched?
For ‘live’ biological products there is a cutoff of noon Thursday, for delivery the following Tuesday. All other products will generally be despatched within 2 working days.
How will my order be shipped?
Small orders will be boxed and delivered via a courier. Larger, palletised orders will be delivered using an appropriate vehicle. Please advise if the logistics might be difficult for your location.
Can I collect my order(s)
No. Most, if not all of our products are sent direct from the supplier or manufacturer.
What if my delivered order is incorrect?
Just email of phone us as soon as you are able and we will take steps to remedy the situation.
How do I report damage to my order/products?
Simply e-mail as soon as possible to advise of the damage. If possible please include photographic evidence.
